Report a content correction

Include the page address, the move, Pokémon, item or upgrade involved, and the sentence or value you believe is incorrect. If the issue depends on a game update, add the version shown in the game and explain what its current tooltip or menu displays.

For prices, include the starting level and target level. For a fusion, include both ingredient names and their levels. For a score or placement, include the mode, region, season and date. These details help distinguish a factual error from a change in version or a different comparison setting.

Report a page or tool problem

Describe what you were trying to do, the steps that led to the problem and what happened instead. Include your browser and approximate screen size when a menu, table or card does not fit. A screenshot can help if it shows the affected part of the page without private information.

Tier boards and checklist marks are stored in your browser. If saved choices disappear, mention whether private browsing, storage restrictions or clearing site data was involved. The site does not maintain a remote copy that can be restored through support.

Artwork and rights questions

Identify the exact image, passage or page and explain the issue. If you represent a rights holder, describe that relationship and the action requested. The Copyright page lists the principal credits and explains how third-party game material is distinguished from the site’s own work.

Please send only the information needed for the issue. Passwords, login codes, government identifiers and unrelated account records are not needed. This site does not promise a response deadline or a particular outcome before the concern has been reviewed.

Game accounts and saves

For a game account, save, suspension, login or reward issue, use the help options in the original game. The Play page is where this site opens that game. pokebonkdb.org cannot change those records or recover access. The guides here can explain game choices, but reading a guide or writing to this mailbox does not submit a request to the game’s support service.
