Original site content
pokebonkdb.org publishes original explanatory writing, page layouts, planning-tool interfaces and site branding. The site’s copyright notice identifies that original contribution. It does not claim ownership of Pokémon, PokeBonk, the underlying game or artwork created by another rights holder.
References to game names, characters, attacks and items identify what a page discusses. Original guide text and visual branding should not be represented as statements made by the game’s creator or by a Pokémon rights holder.
Game names and third-party material
Pokémon names and related character rights belong to their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company as applicable. PokeBonk is an independently operated fan game; its game code, interface and original material remain separate from this website.
pokebonkdb.org is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the PokeBonk creator or those Pokémon rights holders. Fan-site status is a description of this website’s relationship to the game, not a claim that every possible reuse of third-party material is authorized.
Artwork and interface credits
Pokémon animations play the original PokeBonk sprite frames with the game’s frame timings. Portraits use the matching in-game assets. Item sprites and type symbols identify the corresponding game item or element; some move illustrations are elemental symbols rather than pictures of the move animation.
Game screenshots show starter selection, the League interface and the Lab tutorial. They are labeled for the part of the game they illustrate. The game promotional artwork is used to identify PokeBonk. The site’s original impact emblem and sharing artwork are branding, not screenshots or evidence of a combat result. The Nunito typeface is distributed under the SIL Open Font License.
Credits and further information
The Play page opens the original game. Keeping a locally cached image does not transfer the rights in that image to pokebonkdb.org. The presence of material in a public repository should not be read as a claim that its repository license overrides the rights of the underlying game or character owner.
Report a copyright concern
Email [email protected] with the page address, the image or passage involved, the work you believe is affected and a way to reply. Explain your relationship to the relevant rights and the correction or action you are requesting. A precise page or asset address is more useful than a general description of the entire site.
Do not include game login details, private identification documents or unrelated personal information. This mailbox handles concerns about pokebonkdb.org; it is not an appointed contact for the original game or for Pokémon rights holders.
